This is the perfect time to pause and reflect on our relationships with others. 

Here are some questions to guide our reflection:

1. Reflecting on the Past

+ Gratitude: What are we grateful for in our relationships this year?

+ Challenges: What challenges have we faced in our relationships?

+ Lessons Learned: What have we learned about ourselves and others through these experiences?

2. Looking Toward the Future

+ Goals: What are our relationship goals for the coming year?

+ Intentions: What intentions do we have for our relationships?

+ Forgiveness: Are there any relationships that need healing? How can we extend forgiveness to others and ourselves?

3. Practicing Mindfulness

+ Active Listening: How can we improve our active listening skills?

+ Empathy: How can we better understand and empathize with others’ perspectives?

+ Compassion: How can we show more compassion and kindness in our interactions with others?

Remember:

+ Self-Compassion: Be kind to ourselves.

+ Open-Mindedness: Be willing to listen to different perspectives.

+ Gratitude: Express gratitude for the people in our life.
